At Mandala Apothecary, every order is prepared with care and shipped promptly so you can begin enjoying your products as soon as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped by the end of the next business day. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred carrier service.

  • We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and discounts).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • All products are eligible for expedited shipping except alcohol-based perfume sprays, which must ship by ground due to carrier regulations. This may result in slightly longer delivery times for sprays compared to oils and body care products. This may also require your order to be split into multiple shipments to comply.

International Shipping

  • We are pleased to ship most products worldwide.

  • Alcohol-based perfume sprays cannot be shipped internationally due to shipping restrictions on flammable liquids. These products are available for U.S. ground delivery only.

  • All other items, including natural perfume oils and body care products, are eligible for worldwide expedited shipping.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Mandala Apothecary is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, mishandled, or marked as delivered but not received. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.

Alcohol-based sprays are considered hazardous materials and must travel via ground shipping within the U.S. We appreciate your understanding of this regulation, which ensures safe delivery while honoring carrier policies.
